Half-Marathon & Marathon

Start/Finish: Wiener Platz, in Cologne-Muelheim, directly in front of the district city hall.
Cologne-Muelheim is on the right bank of the Rhine River.
The Marathon and Half-Marathon begins and ends at the Wiener Platz in Mülheim, north and across the river from downtown Cologne. To reach Wiener Platz, take the U-18 train from Neumarkt or Dom/Hauptbahnhof (Cathedral/Central Station), direction Thielenbruch or Buchheim. From Rudolfplatz, take the U-12, direction Merkenich, or U-15, direction Chorweiler, and change to the U-18 at Ebertplatz. Another option is to take U-4 from Neumarkt, direction Schlebusch. Wiener Platz is a major stop for both lines.
